AiCronX Brand Story
The Double Embarrassment of a Rainstorm: The Birth of AiCronX
On a rainy day in 2020, the founder encountered a double embarrassment while on a business trip: his phone suddenly ran out of battery mid-navigation, and the shared power bank he had hastily bought wouldn’t charge. After finally finding a charging socket and plugging in the charger, one of his earphones slipped from his right ear and slammed to the ground. Not only was he late for a meeting that day, he also broke his newly purchased earphones.
Resonance on the way back: Discovering the common pain points of ordinary people in 3C accessories
The founder, still feeling the embarrassment from the rainstorm, was sitting on the high-speed train on his way back. He was so exhausted that he couldn’t help but observe the passengers around him. He thought his experience was just a coincidence, but he didn’t expect that the trouble with 3C accessories had already become a common problem for everyone. The man in front of him frowned, holding the charger in his hand and plugging and unplugging it repeatedly, plugging it in and out, muttering to himself, “How come my phone only has 10% more power after charging for half an hour? It’s not even as fast as I use it up”, and finally, he had no choice but to throw the charger back into his backpack; on the other side of the aisle, a girl was squatting beside a seat, rummaging through it, muttering, “How come I lost another pair of wireless earphones I just bought? Last time I lost the left ear, this time I lost the right ear, this is the third pair already”, her tone full of annoyance; there was also a student in the back row, holding a power bank against the back of his phone, the wires were tangled like a tangled mess, and the wires would loosen with a slight movement, and a notification popped up on the screen indicating that the charging was disconnected – looking at these familiar and helpless scenes, the founder suddenly realized: He is not the only one who has been “cheated” by 3C accessories. From charging the phone on the way to work, to storing the earphones used in daily life, to the mobile power bank that is essential for going out, there are too many little troubles hidden in the 3C life of ordinary people that are not taken seriously.
The implementation of an idea: AiCronX starts with solving problems
Why isn’t there a single product that solves all the pain points of 3C accessories? This question, like a seed, took root in the founder’s mind. That night, he returned home and dug out his five used power banks. Some were as bulky as bricks, making them impossible to carry around. Others, though lightweight, could only charge a phone once, barely enough for a full day’s commute. Still others had loose connectors that broke at the slightest bump while charging. He looked at his earphones in his drawer; two pairs had lost individual chargers. He’d also tried several car chargers, but they were either slow to charge or incompatible with the car’s model. Since no one was making it, let’s build our own! When he pitched the idea at a team meeting, no one thought it was unrealistic. Everyone on the team could share their own experiences with 3C accessories: someone carrying four chargers on business trips (one each for phone, laptop, headphones, and smartwatch), feeling like they were carrying a heavy weight in their backpack; someone running with headphones only to have them slip out of their ears, forcing them to stop and look for them. It is this original intention of wanting to help oneself and more people that gives AiCronX a clear starting point: not to make products with good parameters but difficult to use, not to follow the trend of chasing gimmicky functions, but to focus on helping every ordinary person turn the troublesome moments of 3C devices into smooth moments – whether it is charging anxiety during commuting or storage troubles in daily use, they can be resolved one by one through more considerate accessories.
Brand core: No piling up of parameters, only making scene-specific and considerate 3C accessories
From the very beginning, AiCronX has focused on providing user-friendly, context-sensitive products, not just a slogan but a principle ingrained in its DNA. We believe that 3C accessories aren’t about specs—more capacity isn’t always better, nor are more features always better. The key lies in the user experience. For example, while many brands advertise 30,000mAh power banks, we’ve avoided the trend. Our research reveals that most commuters don’t need a massive power bank capable of charging their phones ten times, but rather a portable model that fits in their jeans pocket and can charge just two phones. After all, no one wants to lug a heavy weight around on the subway or bus. Another example is headphone brands, which strive for noise cancellation as deep as -40dB but overlook the potential for ear pain from prolonged wear. We prioritize comfort and stability over a two-hour commute, because for the average person, comfort and stability are more important than specs. Our designers always ask themselves three questions before developing a product plan: In what scenarios will users use this feature? What kind of problems might you encounter during use? How can we design a smoother experience? — No useless parameters, no flashy features, just focus on the things users really need. This is the unchanging core of AiCronX’s brand.
Focusing on user scenarios, solving 3C usage pain points
For example, when we were making power banks, we didn’t follow the trend of going for a massive 30,000mAh capacity. Instead, we repeatedly tested the space in commuters’ backpacks and ultimately settled on a 15mm ultra-thin body with a 20,000mAh capacity. It fits easily in a jeans pocket, yet still provides all-day battery life. The battery level indicator on the side means you never have to guess how much more you can charge.
When making the earphone anti-lost chain, we not only considered anti-loss, but also surveyed the dressing habits of 1,000 users: using an adjustable metal chain + metal earrings, which can be hung around the neck as a decoration when they are long, or worn on the ears as exquisite earrings. Some users even said that they had never lost their earphones, but were asked by friends for the link.
Even for the most basic charger, many people complain that it breaks down after half a year. So we made the wire at the interface 30% thicker to avoid breakage caused by repeated bending, because we know that durability is the most practical consideration for users.
When developing smartwatches, we also avoided the trap of piling on sensors and features. Our research revealed that many users’ core needs for smartwatches were accurate measurements during exercise, without the need for frequent charging. One user wore a regular watch while running a marathon, their heart rate soaring to 180 without a warning, nearly leading to overwork. Another experienced a watch with a battery life of only three days, constantly forgetting to bring a charger when traveling, ultimately becoming a mere time teller. So, we implemented targeted optimizations: a more accurate optical heart rate sensor provides real-time warnings for elevated heart rates during exercise, and supports one-touch switching between common exercise modes like running, swimming, and cycling. The watch also boasts a lightweight design, making it virtually invisible on the wrist, perfect for pairing with a shirt or a quick-drying jacket for exercise. After all, reliable, reliable use is more important to users than having 20 features they can’t use.
Adapt to multiple scenarios, making 3C accessories a life helper for different groups of people
For Lucy, a commuter with a two-hour daily commute, AiCronX Bluetooth headphones have become her salvation. Her previous headphones constantly disconnected on the subway, and the noise cancellation was so poor she could hear her neighbor’s phone call. But after switching to the AiCronX, the first time she turned on the noise cancellation, the roar of the subway suddenly vanished, leaving only her favorite folk music. “That day, I even missed my stop because I was so relaxed,” she says.
For Michelle, a mother, a phone stand is her ultimate tool for parenting. Before, she had to place her phone on the countertop while preparing her baby’s formula, and had to bend down to watch parenting videos. Now, she fixes the stand to the kitchen wall, angled just right for a clear view. She can mix formula with one hand and pause it with the other, eliminating the fumbling.
Travel blogger Bob says a tripod has helped him realize his dream of shooting stunning films solo. Previously, when filming outdoor vlogs, he either had to rely on help or struggled with handheld filming. That’s until he got an AiCronX tripod—it folds into a portable selfie stick, allowing him to shoot while walking. It also comes with a Bluetooth remote control, allowing him to capture stunning photos anytime, anywhere.
AiCronX Product Polishing: From Solving Adaptation Challenges to Adhering to the Ironclad Rules of Personal Testing, Responding to User Needs with Every Detail
AiCronX’s car charger wasn’t initially compatible with all models. A user left us a message: “After getting a new car, my old car charger wouldn’t plug in. I bought your charger, but the connectors didn’t match. I had to carry two chargers every time I went out, which was too much trouble.” Our engineers immediately collected data on the cigarette lighter connectors of over 50 mainstream car models on the market and redesigned the spring contacts and insertion angle. Ultimately, a single charger works with over 95% of cars—from family sedans to SUVs to commercial vehicles, ensuring easy insertion and reliable power supply. The user later left another message: “Now I don’t have to change chargers when I change cars! You’re really saving us a lot of trouble.” We never consider our products perfect. Before each product is released, our team rotates using it for a month: some people carry the power bank in their pockets on the subway to test portability; others run 5 kilometers with headphones to test stability. We only release our products to customers after we’ve experienced their comfort ourselves. This is a consistent practice.
Sticking to the original intention of making 3C life smoother, looking forward to a future vision of continued peace of mind
From that rainstorm-day idea to its growing user adoption, AiCronX has always remained true to our motto: We’re not just a cold accessory; we’re a companion that makes your 3C life smoother. We understand that everyone’s 3C life presents unique challenges, and our goal is to help you transform these challenges into peace of mind. AiCronX is here to accompany you through every smooth, secure, and enjoyable 3C experience.
